Raised access floor systems come up often in the commercial and office spaces we work in — server rooms, trading floors, anywhere cabling needs to run under the walking surface. That's a different install discipline from finish flooring, and we scope it separately.
Most flooring replacement in occupied buildings happens off-hours or in phased sections so the space stays usable throughout — that gets built into the schedule up front, not negotiated mid-job.
