HVAC and plumbing failures in a commercial building tend to be urgent by nature — a dead RTU in July or a leak on an occupied floor doesn't wait for a convenient time to get scoped. We prioritize getting eyes on the problem fast, even when full pricing takes a little longer.
Rooftop unit replacement specifically involves more coordination than it looks like from the ground: curb compatibility, crane or rigging access, and often roofing trade coordination to make sure the curb seal isn't compromised.
