Millwork and cladding are where "close enough" is visible from the parking lot. A mismatched panel colour or a casework detail that doesn't quite line up reads immediately, especially on a brand-standard storefront.
We coordinate with fabricators to match existing materials — including colours that are no longer in production — rather than defaulting to whatever's readily available. That means taking a physical sample, not a photo, to the fabricator whenever a match actually matters.

A colour that no longer exists, matched.
Exterior fascia panel — national restaurant chain, Newmarket
Challenge
A damaged aluminium fascia panel on the roofline was visible from the parking lot and the main road. The original was a discontinued custom colour, so an off-the-shelf replacement was never an option.
Approach
We removed the damaged panel and took it to a fabricator as the physical colour and dimension reference. A matched sample was produced and issued for written approval before fabrication began.
Result
The replacement matched the existing cladding with no visible transition. The building stayed fully operational throughout — no closure, no lost trading hours, no second visit.
